The scans are of first editions, ARCs, and limited editions. Early on Crais used
to sign an Elvis Cole business card, and I've included a scan of one. Monkey's Raincoat
was published first in the US as a paperback original. The first hardcover was the UK,
followed by the first American hardcover. I've included scans of all three.
